LaserHybrid Welding Robot
The core working principle of the laser-hybrid welding robot is the synergistic use of a laser and an electric arc as dual heat sources, addressing the pain points of pure laser welding (high precision requirements for assembly clearance) and pure electric arc welding (low efficiency and large deformation).
With both heat sources coaxial, the laser is positioned in front and the arc behind, creating a synergistic effect of “laser deep penetration + arc filling,” achieving a welding effect greater than the sum of its parts (1+1>2).
