High-precision 6-axis Robot

6-axis heavy-duty robot with 10–20kg payload, 1.8–2.2m reach, ±0.08mm positioning accuracy. It supports full-space, dead-zone-free cutting with anti-collision, high-rigidity design for high-speed precision work.

High-power Fiber Laser

CW fiber laser (1064–1070nm), maintenance-free and stable. 1–6kW power (1.5/2/3kW standard; 4–6kW for thick/hard materials like hot-formed steel).

5-axis 3D Cutting Head

5-axis linkage head with infinite C-axis rotation and A-axis swing. It tracks surfaces in real time, with ≤1ms response, ±0.05mm accuracy, auto-focus, anti-collision, and 0.8–3.0mm nozzle compatibility.

Intelligent Control & Auxiliary System
